2019 Flip N 5K Results
The Flip N 5K, hosted by Flip N Fly and ATP Fitness & Personal Training, includes a 5K and 1 Mile Kids Race around Mayfaire Town Center. Enjoy a morning of fun with the whole family! After your race, enjoy flipping, flying, and jumping inside Flip N Fly for the race after party! All participants can enjoy food, music, games, and plenty of give-aways from the sponsors. All proceeds from the Flip N 5K will be used to stuff backpacks for both students and teachers in New Hanover County!
About the Cause
Your registration fee goes directly to a backpack. When you are registering, please indicate whether we can donate a student or teacher pack on your behalf.
5K Awards
• Top 3 Overall, Male & Female
• Top 3 in Age Groups, Male & Female:
10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, & 70+
1 Mile Kids Awards
• 1st in Age Groups, Male & Female:
5 & Under, 6-7, 8-9, & 10+
Race Swag
The Flip N 5K will start and finish at Flip N Fly at Mayfaire Town Center. The race travels down Monument Avenue, around the traffic circle, in front of Regal Cinemas towards Eastwood, and returns to the start line. Enjoy running along various ponds, trees, and in front of some of your favorite shops!
This race course is also stroller & wheelchair friendly!
However, dogs are not allowed on this course so please leave them at home or with a non-running spectator.

Race Day Parking
Parking will be available behind the Flip N Fly building, as well as any marked spots throughout Mayfaire Town Center. PLEASE NOTE: The race will start/finish in front of Flip N Fly, so please avoid parking towards the front of the building.

FAQ & GUIDELINES
Waiver: The Registration Agreement & Liability Waiver is linked to the Online Registration. This must be selected and approved during registration.
Packet Pick-Up: Family or Friends may pick-up your Race Packet at Packet Pick-Up.
On-Site Registration: Registration is available starting one hour prior to race start. It closes 20 minutes prior to start.
Timing: Jaguar Bib Chip Timing will be used to time this race
Weather: This race is rain or shine. It will be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled if a severe weather warning is in effect.
Refunds: There are no refunds, registration will be accepted as a donation.
Entries are not transferable to other races Timed by Go Time as each race is organized by a different group.
We must stick to this policy as race items have been purchased based on current registrations and it is not fair to choose who receives a refund and who does not.
