Please plan to be at the start line 10 minutes prior to your start time wearing your race number on the front of your shirt. Walkers and strollers are asked to line up behind the runners.

Is your New Year’s Resolution always include losing weight, getting in shape, or just being more active? Then join us for the New Year’s Romp on January 3rd in Downtown Wilmington. It’s an easy way to kick-off the New Year and New Year’s resolutions Whether you are a seasoned runner or a beginner, there is a run for everyone. Run alone or run in a team of 5 or more! Proceeds benefit Communities in Schools.
Participants 21 years of age and older are encourage to join us post race for drinks at the Husk in downtown Wilmington!

The Mission of Communities In Schools is to surround its students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
The Vision of Communities In Schools of Cape Fear is to increase the success of students by providing exposure to academic and career opportunities, access to resources, and enable the development of “life sustaining skills”.

Waiver: The Registration Agreement & Liability Waiver is linked to the Online Registration. This must be selected and approved during registration.
Packet Pick-Up: Family or Friends may pick-up your Race Packet at Packet Pick-Up.
On-Site Registration: Registration is available starting one hour prior to race start. It closes 20 minutes prior to start.
Timing: Jaguar Bib Chip Timing will be used to time this race
Weather: This race is rain or shine. It will be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled if a severe weather warning is in effect.
Refunds:
Entry Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
