2021 NSEA Sprint Results
Join NSEA Swim this spring at the Earl Jackson pool for the inaugural Sprint for Swimclusion 5K & 1.5 Mile races! This race will help raise money for the NSEA Swim program, which is a USA Swimming affiliated club that strives to eradicate drowning through education, quality swim lessons and sharing the message of water safety with the community.
COVID PROTOCOLS
Masks: Per the NC Governor’s Executive Order, participants are required to wear a mask at the Start Line, and when finished with their race, and when not able to social distance.
Arrival to Start Line: Participants may arrive to the Start Line 10 minutes prior to their race. Please do not arrive early or warm up near the Start Line to avoid mass gathering.
Start of Race: Participants will be asked to line up 6 feet apart at the Start Line.
Spectators: We are sorry, but spectators are not allowed at the Start or Finish Line this year.
About the Cause
NSEA Swim, also called Northside Elite Aquatics, is a USA Swimming affiliated competitive swim club that strives to eradicate drowning, the number two cause of accidental child death in our country. Although no child can ever be water safe, the goal is to make children in our community more water safe through a three-step process.
Step one is to educate the community on the importance of swim lessons. Step two is to increase participation by offering quality swim lessons to every child in the community at no cost. Step three is to align with community partners to share the message of water safety.

The NSEA Sprint for Swimclusion 5K & 1.5 Mile races will start and finish at the Earl Jackson pool in the Northside of Wilmington.
This race course is also stroller friendly!
However, dogs are not allowed on this course so please leave them at home or with a non-running spectator.

We ask that participants pick up their packets at packet pickup to reduce mass gathering at the race. If you are unable to pick up at packet pickup, packets can be picked up on race morning 15 minutes prior to your race.

FAQ & GUIDELINES
Waiver: The Registration Agreement & Liability Waiver is linked to the Online Registration. This must be selected and approved during registration.
Packet Pick-Up: Family or Friends may pick-up your Race Packet at Packet Pick-Up.
On-Site Registration: Registration is available starting one hour prior to race start. It closes 20 minutes prior to start.
Timing: Jaguar Bib Chip Timing will be used to time this race
Weather: This race is rain or shine. It will be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled if a severe weather warning is in effect.
Refunds: There are no refunds, registration will be accepted as a donation.
Entries are not transferable to other races Timed by Go Time as each race is organized by a different group.
We must stick to this policy as race items have been purchased based on current registrations and it is not fair to choose who receives a refund and who does not.
